Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can continue to offer free consultations while protecting our clinic time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Consultation Appointments:

A £50 deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be fully refunded upon your arrival.
Treatment Bookings:

A 50% deposit of the total treatment cost is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge, deposit refunded.

Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Rescheduling:

If you cancel within 48 hours but rebook and attend within 7 days, no cancellation fee will apply.

If you cancel within 24 hours but rebook and attend within 7 days, only 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.​
